How we work
We start by surveying your sites, listing equipment and drafting an annual preventive plan. You report faults to our dispatcher, through the client portal or the website form – every fault gets a ticket, an SLA deadline and a work order signed by your representative. All photos, work orders and reports are available on the portal.

Do you work outside Belgrade?
Yes. We have field teams and vehicles in several cities and cover all of Serbia, including chains with dozens of sites.
How fast do you respond to emergencies?
Response times are set in the contract (SLA) by fault type and location. Our dispatch center operates 24/7.
How do we receive reports?
Every job has a work order with photos. The client portal shows all tickets, and you receive a quarterly summary per site.
